5. Sharing Data with Third Parties
Your personal data may be transmitted only to:
- Formspree, Inc. - processor of the contact form, based in the USA. It operates under the GDPR as a sub-processor. Policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
- Google LLC - provider of Google Analytics, based in the USA. It only receives data if you accept analytics cookies. Standard contractual clauses apply. Policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with other third parties for commercial purposes.
6. Data Retention Period
- Contact form data: kept for as long as necessary to answer the request and, where a commercial relationship exists, for the period required by law (max. 10 years for tax obligations).
- Analytics data (Google Analytics): 14 months (default setting with IP anonymisation).
7. Your Rights Under the GDPR
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- Access: request a copy of the personal data we process about you.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure ("right to be forgotten"): request the deletion of your data.
- Restriction: restrict processing in certain circumstances.

- Use of certified processors (Formspree, Google).
9. Minors
This website is intended for companies and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it immediately.
10. Terms of Service
10.1 Scope
These Terms govern the use of the website www.andrecarmo.pt and the provision of intelligent automation services by André Carmo (VAT/NIF 217 056 903).
10.2 Services
André Carmo provides consulting and implementation services for automation with artificial intelligence for companies, including chatbots, systems integration, AI agents and process automation. The specific conditions of each project are set out in a written proposal and agreed with the client before work begins.
10.3 Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, design, code) is the property of André Carmo unless stated otherwise. Reproduction in whole or in part without prior written permission is prohibited. Solutions developed for clients are subject to the terms agreed contractually in each project.
10.4 Limitation of Liability
The information on this website is for information purposes only. André Carmo accepts no liability for decisions taken solely on the basis of the site's content. Maximum liability for any project is limited to the contractually agreed amount.
10.5 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts in Portugal.
